Cancellation & Refund Policy

Riverbend Physical Therapy LLC — effective upon booking

Package refunds

Riverbend Physical Therapy offers refunds on prepaid visit packages. If you have purchased a package of sessions and have not yet used all of the visits included, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This 30-day window gives you ample time to assess your commitment and adjust your care plan as needed.

To be eligible for a refund, the sessions must remain unused at the time of your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method — the card or account you used to purchase the package — and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Separate from our refund policy, we also maintain a cancellation policy for scheduled appointments. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your visit fee.

This policy supports our ability to reserve time slots for your care while remaining flexible for genuine scheduling conflicts. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible — we will always try to accommodate your circumstances.
